# Domr

> Domr is a web app that convenes a council of specialized AI experts to pressure-test a project from every angle and deliver a single, defensible verdict — fast.

Domr ("the verdict on your idea") takes a startup idea, a GitHub repo, or a live website and runs a multi-round analysis with a council of specialized agents. The council debates, scores, and produces a Readiness Score (0–100) plus a written verdict.

## What Domr does

- Accepts plain-text ideas, GitHub repositories, or published website URLs as input.
- Convenes a council of specialized AI experts (product, market, technical, UX, security, go-to-market, and more).
- Runs a multi-round orchestrated debate between agents — confrontational roundtable style, not consensus theatre.
- Produces a Readiness Score (0–100) with a clear verdict at the top of every report.
- Exports the result in five report formats: Chieftain's Brief, Treasury Memo, Forge Report, Conquest Plan, and Great Saga.

## How it works

1. The user submits an idea, a GitHub URL, or a website URL.
2. Domr picks a model tier (Scout / Jarl / Oracle) and an analysis mode (Vision / Forge / Saga).
3. The council debates across multiple rounds; agents challenge each other instead of agreeing.
4. A Readiness Score and chosen report format are returned, with full session history and re-analysis available.
